Railing
In Neverness to Everness, railings are part of the city’s everyday fabric, but they often play an important role as framing elements in art. You see them on rooftops, on pedestrian overpasses, on parking decks, on roadside barriers all over Hethereau. They make natural boundaries in a scene, separating characters from the drop below or the traffic beyond. A simple railing can turn a static shot into a cinematic one with neon reflections, fog or distant headlights.
Artists and players love railing compositions because they add depth without clutter. A figure leaning on or just behind a railing instantly feels rooted to the city rather than adrift within it. These scenes work especially well as wallpapers, with strong horizontal lines that balance icons and UI elements on screens. Railings are useful for artists in learning about perspective, scale, and how environmental details guide the eye of the viewer. NTE's Hethereau has a lived-in feel thanks to things as simple as a handrail.
