Single Horn
In Neverness to Everness, one horn seems to denote an incomplete transformation or a slightly odd characteristic. It’s in between human and creature design and that’s great for Hethereau, because the city is full of things that look normal until you get close. It could be a fashion statement, an inherited oddity, or a sign that an Esper has been too close to something unnatural: a single horn. It provides a compelling visual anchor in fanart, particularly when paired with sleek streetwear, luminous accessories, or the glow of city lights at night.
Players and artists look for single horn art because it gives a character an immediate identity without going to full beast design. It is good for portraits, lock screens, and layered compositions, where one odd detail can carry the whole image. For the artist it is good for silhouette work and balancing asymmetry in a face or head design. That one horn says a lot in NTE. Not enough to account for everything. Enough to make people do a double take.
